Common faults and solutions for power cooling fan operation

When using a power cooling fan, some inevitable factors can cause the fan to strike, and what are the common faults of the power cooling fan during operation? What is the corresponding solution?
In general, power cooling fan noise, speed stall, or direct stall can all cause malfunctions. The main reasons for these situations are as follows:
1. Excessive dust accumulation in the cooling fan: The convection generated by the cooling fan during operation disperses heat onto the equipment, and the dust in the air also adsorbs onto its own surface, thereby increasing the load of the cooling fan, changing the convection environment of the air, and causing increased noise or abnormal noise. Therefore, in order to avoid this situation, we should regularly clean the dust from the cooling fan.
2. Normal wear and tear: The wear and tear of the bearings of the power cooling fan can lead to eccentricity of the fan blades, which is the main cause of noise. With the wear and tear of daily use, there may be certain deviations. The center of gravity of the fan blades is not on the shaft, and when the cooling fan is running, the vibration is large, and the bearing wear will become more and more severe, ultimately causing impact.
3. Motor damage: When the cooling fan motor reaches its designed lifespan or when the motor is short circuited, overloaded, or experiencing power surges, it may cause motor damage. The cooling fan must be replaced.
Therefore, when starting to use the heat dissipation fan, maintenance should be carried out at intervals, timely detection and handling should be carried out, dust on the surface of the heat dissipation fan should be removed, and the specifications and markings in the use environment of the heat dissipation fan should be strictly followed.

1. Fan rotor part:
Including fan blades, which are the source of airflow, fan shaft, fan blade rotation used to support balance, rotor magnetic ring, permanent magnet, drive magnetic stage switch speed key, magnetic ring outer frame, fixed magnetic ring
2. Fan stator part:
Including supporting springs, separating bearings, balancing shafts and bearings, providing high-speed, low friction, long life rotation, fastening rings, fixing nodules to rotate the entire part and motor parts, generating rotation direction, and key to dynamic rotation speed.
3. Outer frame:
Supporting the fan motor and guiding it;
4. Fan motor part
Including circuit board, controlling energy consumption and signal input and output, magnetic stage propulsion switching generated by silicon steel sheet (i.e. stator magnet with upper winding coil), upper and lower covers of silicon steel sheet, fixation and insulation;
